Full body flow, with moves you can do all from your desk. Take a quick break from your screen to stretch! No stretchy pants, no props, just you at your desk (or chair)! The tools yoga gives us are so powerful and especially helpful while were working at our desks.
The fun thing about this yoga flow is that it can be done at home, or at your actual office! Step away from your desk, go into the hallway, elevator, or wherever you have some space to move! I’ve made this so that you don’t have to touch the ground if you are in public, but can still find new ways to move and stretch your body.
