Yoga has numerous physical and mental benefits, including increased flexibility, strength, and balance, reduced stress and anxiety, improved sleep, and better overall health. Making this a good exercise for not just your body, but also your mind. Practicing at home allows students to not feel self conscious, and to feel more into the poses - getting out of their heads and into their body.
Office yoga at home encourages students to take more frequent breaks to move/stretch and breath at their desk. Learning to add it to their remote work routine.
We welcome students of all experience levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Our teachers offer modifications and variations to make each class accessible to all. We can work to customize sessions. No equipment is necessary.
Your group or company can pay the entire portion, or a portion/percentage of the class fee to us or you can choose to split the cost with employees.
For a limited time, cost for the company incentive plan is $15 per participant based on a 10 student minimum. We offer customizable monthly, quarterly, & annual ongoing sessions
Most of our virtual yoga classes are one hour long, but we also offer 30-minute sessions, as well as 75-minute and 90-minute classes for those who want a longer practice.
Yes! We offer in person yoga events as well - local to Colorado and Maryland. (Some of this will be included with monthly & other packages)
