For a limited time, cost for the company incentive plan is $10 per participant based on a 10 student minimum. We offer customizable monthly, quarterly, & annual ongoing sessions
Most of our virtual Desk Yoga classes are 20 minute to 40 minute long, but we also offer 60 minute sessions. For mat-based Vinyasa Yoga we offer 60 minute, 75 minute and 90 minute classes for those who want a longer practice.
Yes! We offer in person yoga events as well annual lretreats. (Some of this will be included with monthly & other packages).
